Use an AI assistant

You can use ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or another assistant to request porta potty service, check a quote, track an order, or request a payment link. Ordering is fully agentic over MCP or REST: the assistant can submit the request, poll until the quote is ready, and return the quote URL without waiting on a person.

Connect

If your assistant already has Detritus MCP configured, it can order through that. If it does not, it should use the REST API directly and finish the quote — no MCP setup required, and no need to stop and wait for a person.

Set mcp: true and formType: "PPD" on REST service requests, then poll quote-status until sent. Full machine-readable instructions: /ai.md and /llms.txt.

What you will need

• For tracking: a Tracking ID from email/SMS, or a quote/deal number plus phone
• For paying a bill: deal number and email
• For a new quote: delivery address, contact info, products, and delivery date
