Service
Half of our local orders this year, 51%, were on weekly service.
Saturday and Sunday pumping can be booked on Miami sites for an extra fee. Add it to the order, or phone us later in the rental.
Big crews, heavy heat and long events may call for a second weekly visit or daily pumping. Add it at checkout or partway through the rental. The price is separate*.

Delivery area
We deliver anywhere in the metro and the counties around it. These are the places and zip codes where we dropped the most units in the last 12 months.
Miami units usually stand on private land: driveways, lots, gravel pads or fenced yards. The truck needs firm access within hose reach.
A unit in a City of Miami street, sidewalk or other right-of-way needs city registration before it goes out. See permits.
Permits and rules
Miami's rules cover units in city streets and rights-of-way. Contractor registration takes a few days according to the city page. Units on county or state roads follow different offices, so check which one applies.
| When | What you need | Lead time | Who to call |
|---|---|---|---|
| Unit in a City of Miami street, sidewalk or other public right-of-way | No City of Miami rule on portable toilets or dumpsters in the right-of-way was found on the official pages read. The City requires contractors working in its public right-of-way to be registered and approved through its iPW electronic permitting system. Confirm with the department before placing a unit on a city street or sidewalk. | Unit on a Miami-Dade County or Florida DOT road or right-of-way inside city limits | The City says it does not have jurisdiction over Florida DOT or Miami-Dade County right-of-way, which must be permitted directly with those agencies. Under Ordinance 21-99, Miami-Dade Transportation and Public Works handles permitting for public works construction on county-owned or county-maintained right-of-way within a municipality. | Construction crews | The official City and County pages read do not mention portable toilets or sanitation at construction sites, so no porta potty permit requirement was confirmed for a job site on private property. Weather and season
61.0°F
Miami sees essentially no freezing nights, so units run year-round with no winter prep. Average January lows sit near 61 degrees.
90.6°F
Highs reach 90 degrees on about 91 days a year. Crews working outdoors should plan a mid-week visit and a hand wash station.
Dec, Feb, Mar
December, February and March were our busiest months. Calle Ocho Festival and Art Basel draw large orders, so reserve those weeks early.
10.51 in
June brings the heaviest rain, averaging about 10.5 inches. Set units on firm ground that stays dry enough for the truck after a storm.

FAQs
The Miami questions callers bring up most, sorted from calls and order notes.
The City of Miami's official pages do not say whether a porta potty needs a permit, so confirm before placing one in a street or on a sidewalk. Work in City of Miami right-of-way requires a contractor registered through the city's iPW system, and the Department of Resilience and Public Works at (305) 416-1200 can confirm how it handles a portable toilet. Streets owned by Miami-Dade County or Florida DOT are permitted by those agencies instead.
Call (305) 676-6619 with the removal date and we schedule it. A pickup that is missed gets a same-day call to the hauler.
Rentals bill in 28-day cycles at your quoted rate, and you keep the unit while the Miami job runs. Net 30 terms are available for qualified contractor accounts. Extra service shows as its own line on the quote.
Miami orders hit the site within a day of booking 55% of the time last year. Events with a set date should get several days of notice.
Miami bookings cluster close to the date: half come a day or less ahead, a quarter four or more days out. For December, February or March weekends, or Calle Ocho, book two weeks ahead.
Often, yes. A driveway suits a unit well when the truck can reach it from your own drive. Tell us about narrow lots, low ground and septic lines when you order.
Most Miami rentals are serviced weekly, with pumping, cleaning and restocking on each visit. Miami crews on long events can book a second visit, priced on the quote.
Yes, for an extra charge. Weekend visits can be booked for Miami sites, and the price appears on the quote.
Freezes are rare in Miami, and units need no winter prep. Tell us early if a Miami unit sits out through January, and we will plan a visit.
